  • We currently deliver within Lebanon only.

  • Estimated delivery time is up to 4 working days from order confirmation.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

5. Exchanges (No Refunds)

  • Please note that all purchases are final. We’re unable to offer refunds or returns.

  • We accept exchanges on all items, subject to availability.
    To request an exchange, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Delivery charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
